Refunds:

  • We offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 days.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, and in their original condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, we will process your refund or issue store credit, as per your preference.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Because of the nature of the print industry.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
